Sometimes, I just want to run into the field and dance wildly, kicking up dust all around me 💃🌾 And my dream for the future? I help women reconnect with themselves, build a loving relationship with food and their bodies, and fall in love with who they are — without diets or pressure. It’s more than a profession — it’s a gentle power that brings us back home to ourselves. Through food, soft movement, self-awareness and rhythm, I guide women toward lightness, balance, and inner radiance. (And honestly… men could use a little of that too 😉) But don’t think I’m all about salads and meditations. I’m no mannequin. I can be as wild as the summer wind in the fields, and as soft as morning dew on fresh grass. On weekends, I play tennis — it keeps me strong, both in body and in spirit. And oh — I adore dancing! Dance is my element — sensual, passionate, a little bold. In dance, I become exactly who I want to be — and trust me, you’d love to see me in that moment 🎾💃 Sometimes I help others awaken through movement and energy — I guide sessions where women reconnect with their bodies, their beauty, and the taste of life. I landed on this site almost by accident — someone once told me a beautiful love story that began here.
